CESSAZIONE DELL'ATTIVITÀ DI SOSTEGNO DELLA LIQUIDITÀ
Milano, 3 febbraio 2025 - Alkemy S.p.A. ("Alkemy"), società specializzata nell'evoluzione del modello di business di grandi e medie aziende e quotata su Euronext Milan - segmento STAR di Borsa Italiana (ALK), comunica la cessazione del contratto di liquidità sottoscritto con Intesa Sanpaolo relativamente alle proprie azioni ordinarie, ai sensi della Delibera Consob n. 21318 del 7 aprile 2020, conferito originariamente in data 25 gennaio 2018.
Tale cessazione è intervenuta alla data odierna, a seguito dell'avvio dell'incarico di Specialista conferito allo stesso intermediario a partire dalla data di oggi, come già comunicato lo scorso 20 gennaio.
Si forniscono in allegato le informazioni relative all'attività di sostegno della liquidità delle azioni Alkemy, svolta dall'intermediario Intesa Sanpaolo dal 18 novembre 2024 al 31 gennaio 2025.

TERMINATION OF LIQUIDITY SUPPORT ACTIVITY
Milan, February 3, 2025 - Alkemy S.p.A. ("Alkemy"), a company specializing in the evolution of the business model of large and medium-sized companies and listed on the Euronext - STAR segment of Borsa Italiana (ALK), announces the termination of the liquidity support contract with Intesa Sanpaolo, originally signed on January 25, 2018 and relating to its ordinary shares, pursuant to Consob Resolution no. 21318 of April 7, 2020.
This termination occurred today, following the start of the Specialist role assigned to the same intermediary starting from today, as already communicated last January 20.
Please find below the information relating to the liquidity support activity regarding the Alkemy shares, carried out by intermediary bank Intesa Sanpaolo between November 18, 2024, and January 31, 2025.
