Milano, 10 luglio 2025 - Si comunica che è intervenuta una variazione dei diritti di voto di Alkemy S.p.A. ("Alkemy" o "la Società"), per effetto della rinuncia alla maggiorazione del voto di cui all'art. 127-quinquies del TUF e dell'articolo 14 dello Statuto sociale con riferimento a n. 246.762 azioni.
