NOMINA DI DIRIGENTE STRATEGICO
APPOINTMENT OF PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Milano, 8 ottobre 2024 - Anima Holding S.p.A. (EXM:ANIM) comunica l'istituzione della carica di Group Chief Risk Officer.
L'incarico è affidato a Francesco Betti, già COO di Anima SGR, che ha acquisito la qualifica di Dirigente Strategico (PDMR) ai fini della normativa vigente con decorrenza 1° ottobre 2024.
Come già indicato nel comunicato stampa del 1° luglio 2024, la nuova struttura organizzativa è progettata per supportare l'articolazione e la crescita del Gruppo prospettate dal piano strategico approvato dal Consiglio di Amministrazione nel mese di maggio 2024, anche alla luce delle acquisizioni di Castello SGR e Kairos Partners SGR.

Milan, 8th October 2024 - Anima Holding S.p.A. (EXM:ANIM) announces the establishment of the new Group Chief Risk Officer role.
Francesco Betti, previously COO of Anima SGR, was appointed to the role on October 1st 2024, and acquired the status of "Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities" (PDMR) according to the current regulation.
As already stated in the press release dated July 1st 2024, the new organizational structure is designed to support the group's articulation and growth envisioned in the strategic plan approved by the Board of Directors in May 2024, also in light of the acquisition of Castello SGR and Kairos Partners SGR.
