BANCA SISTEMA: ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE PER IL SOSTEGNO ALLA LIQUIDITÁ DEL TITOLO - SETTIMANADAL 6 AL 12 SETTEMBRE 2018
Milano, 13 settembre 2018
Facendo seguito all'autorizzazione alla disposizione di azioni proprie deliberata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti della Banca tenutasi in data 27 aprile 2017 (già oggetto di informativa anche ai sensi dell'art.144 bis del Regolamento Consob 11971/9999 e dell'art. 132 del D.Lgs. n. 58/98) e alla delibera del Consiglio di Amministrazione del 22 giugno u.s., Banca Sistema S.p.A. ha avviato, il 9 luglio u.s., un programma di acquisto di azioni proprie per il sostegno alla liquidità del titolo, per mezzo dell'Intermediario incaricato: Intermonte Sim S.p.A.
In linea con la suddetta delibera e la normativa vigente, riportiamo di seguito gli acquisti e le vendite effettuati sul Mercato Regolamentato Azionario, durante la settimana dal 6 al 12 settembre 2018:

BANCA SISTEMA: SHARE BUY-BACK PLAN TO SUPPORT THE LIQUIDITY OF THE STOCK - WEEK 6 TO 12 SEPTEMBER 2018
Milan, September 13th, 2018
Following the authorization by Shareholders at the Bank's Shareholders meeting held on 27 April 2017 (previously communicated as per article 144 bis of Consob Regulation no. 11971/1999 and article 132 of D.Lgs. n. 58/98) to purchase and use own shares and the resolution of the Board of Directors on June 22 of this year, Banca Sistema, on 9 July 2018, has launched a share buy-back program aimed to support the liquidity of the stock by the broker appointed: Intermonte Sim S.p.A..
In line with the legislation (Delegated Regulation 2016/1052), here are purchases and sales made on the Stock Regulated Market, during the week from 6 to 12 September 2018:07.09.2018
