Nell'ambito del programma di sostegno della liquidità, come prorogato in data 10 febbraio 2024, si forniscono in allegato le informazioni relative all'attività di sostegno della liquidità delle azioni di Banca Sistema S.p.A. svolta dall'intermediario Intermonte Sim S.p.A. effettuate nel terzo trimestre 2024.

Gruppo Banca Sistema
Banca Sistema, nata nel 2011 e quotata dal 2015 sul segmento Euronext Star Milan di Borsa Italiana, è una realtà finanziaria specializzata nell'acquisto di crediti commerciali verso la PA e di crediti fiscali ed attiva nella cessione del quinto dello stipendio e della pensione sia attraverso l'acquisto di portafogli di crediti che l'attività di origination diretta del prodotto QuintoPuoi. La banca è inoltre attiva attraverso prodotti di raccolta che includono conti correnti, conti deposito e conti titoli, oltre ad offrire altre tipologie di servizi come attività di servicing nelle cartolarizzazioni, di gestione e recupero crediti, fidejussioni e cauzioni, certificazione dei crediti PA, fatturazione elettronica. Kruso Kapital S.p.A., parte del Gruppo Banca Sistema, è il primo operatore parte di un gruppo bancario operativo sia nel business del credito su pegno, con il marchio ProntoPegno, sia nel mercato delle case d'aste di preziosi, oggetti d'arte e altri beni da collezione, attraverso Art-Rite. Con sedi a Milano e Roma, il Gruppo Banca Sistema è oggi presente in Italia anche a Bologna, Pisa, Napoli, Palermo, Asti, Brescia, Civitavecchia, Firenze, Livorno, Mestre, Parma, Rimini, Sanremo e Torino, oltre che in Spagna e Grecia.
