Banca Sistema, in quanto società quotata al segmento Euronext STAR Milan di Borsa Italiana S.p.A., ai sensi dell'articolo 2.2.3, comma 3, del Regolamento dei Mercati or- ganizzati e gestiti da Borsa Italiana

• intende pubblicare i resoconti intermedi di gestione al 31 marzo e al 30 settembre entro 45 giorni dal termine del primo e del terzo trimestre dell'esercizio;
• si avvale della facoltà di non pubblicare il resoconto intermedio di gestione rela- tivo al quarto trimestre 2024 in quanto pubblicherà la relazione finanziaria an- nuale, ai sensi dell'art. 154-ter, comma 1, del d.lgs. n. 58/1998 entro 90 giorni dalla chiusura dell'esercizio 2024.
