Aggiornamento sull'esecuzione del piano di acquisto di azioni proprie
Torino, 25 marzo 2019 - Nell'ambito del programma di acquisto e disposizione di azioni proprie, autorizzato dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti tenutasi in data 24 aprile 2018 e il cui avvio è stato annunciato in data 26 aprile 2018, BasicNet S.p.A., nel periodo dal 18 al 22 marzo 2019, ha acquistato sul Mercato Telematico Azionario n. 11.400 azioni. A seguito degli acquisti di cui sopra BasicNet detiene complessivamente n. 7.042.622 azioni proprie, pari all'11,546% del capitale sociale.

Update on the share buy-back plan
Turin, March 25, 2019 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 24th, 2018, whose commencement was announced on April 26th, 2018, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period March 18thand 22nd, 2019, acquired on the MTA 11,400. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 7,042,622 treasury shares, equal to 11.546% of the share capital.
