06/05/2025 - BasicNet S.p.A.: BasicNet acquires 54,700 ordinary treasury shares for over EUR430,000

BasicNet Spa announced on Monday that it had purchased 54,700 ordinary treasury shares between April 28 and May 2.

The shares were acquired at an average price of EUR7.868 per share, for a total value of EUR430,372.45.

As of today, the company holds 7.5 million treasury shares, equal to 13.9% of its share capital.

BasicNet's stock rose 1.5% to EUR7.65 per share.
