12/05/2025 - BasicNet S.p.A.: BasicNet acquires 64,500 treasury shares for over EUR500,000

BasicNet Spa announced on Monday that it had acquired 64,500 ordinary treasury shares between May 5 and May 9.

The shares were purchased at an average price of EUR7.763 per share, for a total consideration of EUR500,690.81.

Following these purchases, the company now holds a total of 7.6 million treasury shares, equal to 14% of the share capital.

BasicNet shares are up 0.4% at EUR7.99 per share.
