BasicNet Spa announced on Thursday that it acquired 38,500 of its own ordinary shares between June 16 and June 20.
The shares were purchased at an average unit price of €7.798, for a total value of €300,231.75.
Following these transactions, the company now holds a total of 7.8 million treasury shares, representing over 14% of its share capital.
BasicNet shares are up 0.7%, trading at €7.63 per share.
