16/06/2025 - BasicNet S.p.A.: BasicNet continues buyback with purchase of 35,000 treasury shares

On Monday, BasicNet Spa announced the continuation of its share buyback program with the purchase, between June 9 and 13, of 35,000 treasury shares at an average price of EUR8.615 and for a total value of EUR301,530.61.

Following the purchases, BasicNet holds a total of 7.7 million treasury shares, representing over 14% of the share capital.

BasicNet shares fell 1.6% to EUR7.87 each.
