BasicNet Spa announced Monday that it purchased 160,000 of its own ordinary shares between Dec. 9 and 13.
The shares were taken over at an average price per share of EUR7.7530, for a total consideration of EUR1.2 million.
As of today, the company holds 6.6 million treasury shares, or 12.2 percent of its share capital.
BasicNet's stock is down 2.4 percent at EUR7.46 per share.
