23/08/2024 - BasicNet S.p.A.: Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, August 23^rd, 2024 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 16^th, 2024, whose commencement was announced on April 16^th, 2024, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period August 19^th and 23^rd, 2024, acquired on the EXM 17,850 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,801,650 treasury shares, equal to 8.892% of the share capital and 6.943% on the voting rights.
