28/10/2024 - BasicNet S.p.A.: Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, October 28^th, 2024 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 16^th, 2024, whose commencement was announced on April 16^th, 2024, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period October 21^st and 25^th, 2024, acquired on the EXM 44,350 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 5,091,850 treasury shares, equal to 9.429% of the share capital and 6.424% on the voting rights.
