09/12/2024 - BasicNet S.p.A.: Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, December 9^th, 2024 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 16^th, 2024, whose commencement was announced on April 16^th, 2024, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period December 2^nd and 6^th, 2024, acquired on the EXM 154,000 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 6,416,000 treasury shares, equal to 11.881% of the share capital and 8.117% on the voting rights.
