Turin, May 26, 2025 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 17, 2025, whose commencement was announced on April 18, 2025, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period May 19 and 23, 2025, acquired on the EXM 35,000 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 7,631,000 treasury shares, equal to 14.131% of the share capital and 9.654% on the voting rights.
