20/06/2025 - BasicNet S.p.A.: Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, June 20^th, 2025 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 17^th, 2025, whose commencement was announced on April 18^th, 2025, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period June 16^th and 20^th, 2025, acquired on the EXM 38,500 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 7,774,500 treasury shares, equal to 14.397% of the share capital and 9.791% on the voting rights.
