25/08/2025 - BasicNet S.p.A.: Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, August 25^th, 2025 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 17^th, 2025, whose commencement was announced on April 18^th, 2025, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period August 19^th and 22^nd, 2025, acquired on the EXM 23,500 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 7,875,500 treasury shares, equal to 14.584% of the share capital and 9.918% on the voting rights.
