08/09/2025 - BasicNet S.p.A.: Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, September 8^th, 2025 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 17^th, 2025, whose commencement was announced on April 18^th, 2025, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period September 1^st and 5^th, 2025, acquired on the EXM 44,500 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 7,957,000 treasury shares, equal to 14.735% of the share capital and 10.033% on the voting rights.
