22/09/2025 - BasicNet S.p.A.: Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, September 22^nd, 2025 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 17^th, 2025, whose commencement was announced on April 18^th, 2025, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period September 15^th and 19^th, 2025, acquired on the EXM 40,000 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 8,040,000 treasury shares, equal to 14.889% of the share capital and 10.138% on the voting rights.
