29/09/2025 - BasicNet S.p.A.: Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, September 29^th, 2025 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 17th, 2025, whose commencement was announced on April 18th, 2025, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period September 22th and 26th, 2025, acquired on the EXM 43,000 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 8,083,000 treasury shares, equal to 14.969% of the share capital and 10.192% on the voting rights.
