MOODY'S AFFIRMS BPER BA NCA'S RATINGS ANND

CHANGES ITS OUTLOOK TO NEGATIVE FROM STABLE

Modena, 9 August 2022 - BPER Banca informs that, as part of various rating actions on Italian financial institutions, rating agency Moody's has today affirmed the Bank's ratings and changed its outlook to negative from stable. This action follows a similar outlook change on the Italian sovereign rating.
