SHAREHOLDERS'MEETING DATED 12 DECEMBER 2024

("Cellularline" or "Company") - listed on Euronext STAR Milan, market organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. - announces that the Articles of Association, as approved by the extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of 12 December 2024, including also highlighted amendments resolved during that meeting, have been made available at the registered office of the Company, on the storage mechanism "1INFO" managed by Computershare S.p.A. at www.1info.it, as well as on the Company's website at the address www.cellularlinegroup.com.
