CYBEROO: UNIFORMATE LE MODALITÀ OPERATIVE, PER OTTIMIZZARE I FLUSSI ORGANIZZATIVI E FINANZIARI
SEDOC DIGITAL GROUP, AZIONISTA E TRA I PRINCIPALI PARTNER COMMERCIALI, DAL 1° LUGLIO 2024 ACQUISISCE LE SOLUZIONI CYBEROO TRAMITE IL SISTEMA DISTRIBUTIVO
Reggio Emilia, 31 ottobre 2024- Cyberoo S.p.A., Pmi innovativa quotata sul mercato Euronext Growth Milan, specializzata in cyber security per le imprese, comunica di aver da tempo completato l'ottimizzazione dei flussi organizzativi e finanziari uniformando le modalità operative aziendali verso i propri partner commerciali, al fine di adottare un approccio sempre più trasparente nei confronti degli stakeholders.
A partire dal 1° luglio 2024 anche Sedoc Digital Group S.r.l., azionista di riferimento e tra i principali partner commerciali, acquisisce le soluzioni Cyberoo tramite il sistema distributivo nazionale e non più attraverso il canale diretto.
Il sistema distributivo italiano di Cyberoo, modello Tier 2, vede un unico distributore in esclusiva e si avvale ad oggi complessivamente di 90 partner sul territorio, con Sedoc Digital Group entrato a far parte di questo meccanismo consolidato.
Sedoc, così come tutti gli altri partner che compongono il "Cyberoo Black Club", ha da sempre firmato il "partner program" annuale che definisce gli accordi tra le parti, rimangono quindi invariate tutte le altre condizioni. In particolare, a seconda del fatturato generato dal partner nell'anno di competenza e in base al numero di certificazioni commerciali e tecniche ottenute, sono definiti tre diversi livelli di partnership: KIDDIE, GAMER, GURU. Per il fatturato espresso e il numero di certificazioni conseguite Sedoc è oggi uno dei partner Guru di Cyberoo.

CYBEROO SOLUTIONS THROUGH THE DISTRIBUTION
SYSTEM
Reggio Emilia, October 31st, 2024- Cyberoo S.p.A., innovative SME listed on the EGM market of Borsa Italiana, specializing in cyber security for enterprises, announces that it has completed the optimization of organizational and financial flows towards all its commercial partners. This process aimed at standardizing the company operating methods, to adopt an increasingly transparent approach towards stakeholders.
As of July 1st, 2024, Sedoc Digital Group S.r.l., the main shareholder and one of the main commercial partners, also acquires Cyberoo solutions through the national distribution system and no longer through the direct channel.
Cyberoo Italian distribution system, a Tier 2 model, sees a single exclusive distributor and currently makes use of a total of 90 partners in the national area, with Sedoc Digital Group becoming part of this consolidated mechanism.
Sedoc, as well as all the other partners that constitute the "Cyberoo Black Club", has always signed the annual "partner program" that defines the agreements between the parties. Therefore, all the partnership agreement conditions remain unchanged. In particular, depending on the turnover generated by the partner in the year of competence and on the number of commercial and technical certifications obtained, three different levels of partnership are defined: KIDDIE, GAMER, GURU. Due to the turnover expressed and the number of certifications achieved, Sedoc is today one of Cyberoo Guru partners.
