(di seguito "Danieli" o "Società"), già convocata mediante avviso pubblicato in data 25 settembre 2020 sul sito internet della Società, sul quotidiano Italia Oggi e tramite il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato SDIR & STORAGE (www.emarketstorage.com), integrato successivamente con ulteriore avviso pubblicato in data 6 ottobre 2020 sul sito internet della Società e tramite il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato SDIR & STORAGE (www.emarketstorage.com) e in data 7 ottobre 2020 sul quotidiano Italia Oggi (di seguito "Assemblea"), si comunica che a partire da domani la Società attiverà il seguente servizio di contact center:

With reference to the Saving Shareholders meeting of Danieli & C. Officine Meccaniche S.p.a. (hereinafter "Danieli" or the "Company"), already called by notice published on September 25, 2020 on Company's web site of the y, on the "Italia Oggi" newspaper and through the authorized storage mechanism SDIR & STORAGE (www.emarketstorage.com), subsequently integrated with further notice published on October 6 2020 on the Company's website and through the authorized storage mechanism SDIR & STORAGE (www.emarketstorage.com) and on October 7, 2020 in the newspaper "Italia Oggi" (hereinafter "Shareholders' Meeting"), we inform you that the Company - starting from tomorrow- will activate the following contact center service:
