DBA GROUP S.P.A.: PRECISAZIONE IN MERITO AI RISULTATI CONSOLIDATI AL 30 GIUGNO 2024

VILLORBA (Treviso), 4 ottobre 2024 - In relazione ai risultati finanziari consolidati al 30 giugno 2024, comunicati in data 30 settembre, DBA Group S.p.A., società quotata sul mercato Euronext Growth Milan di Borsa Italiana e fra le principali realtà in Italia di consulenza tecnica, ingegneria, project management e soluzioni ICT per la gestione del ciclo di vita di opere e infrastrutture a rete mission-critical, precisa che:

• l'utile netto al 30 giugno 2024, quantificato al netto delle tasse in 1,75 milioni di euro, non si può comparare con il dato al 30 giugno 2023 degli schemi di bilancio, in quanto ai tempi il medesimo parametro non era stato esposto al netto delle imposte;
• secondo le stime fornite dal management, ed al netto delle imposte sul reddito di esercizio al 30 giugno 2023, l'utile netto 2023 sarebbe stato pari a €1,7 milioni;
• l'utile netto al 30 giugno 2024, pari a €1,75 milioni, risulta quindi in miglioramento rispetto al corrispondente valore del medesimo periodo.

DBA GROUP S.P.A.: CLARIFICATION REGARDING THE CONSOLIDATED RESULTS AS OF 30 JUNE 2024

VILLORBA (Treviso), 4 October 2024 - In relation to the consolidated financial results as of 30 June 2024, communicated on 30 September, DBA Group S.p.A., a company listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market of the Italian Stock Exchange and among the main technical consultancy companies in Italy , engineering, project management and ICT solutions for the management of the life cycle of mission-critical network works and infrastructures, specifies that:

• the net profit at 30 June 2024, quantified net of taxes at 1.75 million euros, cannot be compared with at 30 June 2023 data in the financial statements, as at the time the same parameter had not been exposed net of taxes;
• according to the estimates provided by management, and net of income taxes for the year at 30 June 2023, the 2023 net profit would have been €1.7 million;
• the net profit at 30 June 2024, equal to €1.75 million, is therefore an improvement compared to the corresponding value for the same period.
