El.En. s.p.a.: Notice of filing of two lists for the election of the Board of Statutory Auditors at the Shareholders'
Meeting 29 April-6 May 2025
Florence, April 4th, 2025 - El.En. SpA, leader in the laser market and listed on Euronext STAR Milan ("STAR") of the Italian Stock Exchange, hereby gives notice to its shareholders that as of today two lists of candidates have been filed at the registered office in accordance with the By-laws and the law: the first containing five candidates, three for standing auditors and two for alternate auditors; the second containing two candidates, one for standing auditor and one for alternate auditor.
The lists will be published in the manner and within the terms of the law.
