Todi (PG), 18 luglio 2025 - ELES S.p.A., PMI innovativa quotata all'Euronext Growth Milan e fornitore a livello mondiale di soluzioni per il test di dispositivi a semiconduttore (circuiti integrati IC) con applicazioni Safety e Mission Critical, è lieta di annunciare di aver ricevuto un importante primo ordine da un cliente consolidato, leader mondiale nel settore dei semiconduttori, per la fornitura in rental di sistemi avanzati dedicati all'esecuzione di test di affidabilità su un ampio portafoglio di dispositivi.
Le attività verranno svolte direttamente presso il laboratorio ELES e avranno una durata pluriennale.
L'obiettivo è quello di condurre test "Quality s Reliability" fondamentali per garantire prestazioni elevate e continuità funzionale dei dispositivi nel tempo. Le prove previste che includono HTOL (High Temperature Operating Life), PTC (Power s Temperature Cycles) ed ELFR (Early Life Failure Rate) garantiranno una continuità delle attività per tutto il periodo del contratto, supportando il Cliente per il test di decine di dispositivi per diverse applicazioni, quali:

Al fine di garantire la massima copertura e soddisfare le esigenze del cliente, Eles metterà a disposizione nel proprio laboratorio i seguenti sistemi avanzati di test:

smART MTX, progettati per prove HTOL, PTC ed ELFR su dispositivi anche ad alta tensione (fino a 6.000 V). Questi sistemi garantiscono massima versatilità e sono ideali per testare componenti mission-critical come dispositivi Smart Power, SiC, GaN e analogici avanzati.

smART Lite, dedicati alle prove HTOL ed ELFR. Si tratta di una soluzione compatta e ottimiz-zata per ambienti di laboratorio dove è richiesta alti standard di affidabilità su dispositivi a media potenza.
Entrambi i sistemi adottano la metodologia RETE® - Reliability Embedded Test Engineering, sviluppata internamente da ELES, che rappresenta un elemento distintivo della sua offerta: un approccio strutturato e integrato al reliability testing, pensato per raggiungere l'obiettivo Zero Difetti.

FOR THE OUTSOURCING OF RELIABILITY TESTING SERVICES, ON A WIDE RANGE OF ITS DEVICES.
RECEIVED ORDER FOR RENTAL SYSTEMS AND MULTI-YEAR SERVICE SUPPLY.
Todi (PG), July 18, 2025 - ELES S.p.A., an innovative SME listed on Euronext Growth Milan and a worldwide provider of solutions for semiconductor device (IC integrated circuits) testing with Safety and Mission Critical applications, is pleased to announce to have received a significant first order from an established Customer, a worldwide leader in the semiconductor industry, to provide rental supply of advanced systems, dedicated to performing reliability testing on a wide portfolio of devices.
The activities will be carried out directly at the ELES laboratory and will have a multi-year term.
The purpose is to perform "Quality & Reliability" tests critical to ensure high performance and functional continuity of devices over time. The planned tests, which include HTOL (High Temperature Operating Life), PTC (Power & Temperature Cycling) and ELFR (Early Life Failure Rate), will ensure operation continuity throughout the period of the contract, supporting the Customer to test dozens of devices for several applications such as:

In order to ensure full coverage and meet Customer needs, Eles will provide the following advanced test systems in its laboratory:

smART MTX, designed for HTOL, PTC and ELFR testing of even high-voltage devices (up to 6,000 V). These systems provide maximum versatility and are ideal for testing mission-critical compo-nents such as Smart Power, SiC, GaN and advanced analog devices.

smART Lite, dedicated to HTOL and ELFR testing. This is a compact solution optimized for laboratory environments where high standards of reliability are required on medium-power devices. Both systems adopt the RETE® - Reliability Embedded Test Engineering methodology, developed in-house by ELES, which is a distinctive element of its offering: a structured and integrated approach to reliability testing, designed to achieve the Zero Defect goal.
