ENERGY TIME: VARIAZIONE CALENDARIO EVENTI SOCIETARI
Campobasso, 22 settembre 2025 - Energy Time S.p.A. ("Energy Time" o la "Società "), attiva nel settore delle energie rinnovabili nel ruolo di D-EPC-OM (Development, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operation & Maintenance), in particolare sul segmento fotovoltaico e a capo dell'omonimo gruppo (il "Gruppo"), rende noto che la riunione del Consiglio di Amministrazione per l'approvazione della relazione finanziaria semestrale al 30 giugno 2025, sottoposta a revisione contabile limitata è prevista è stata posticipata al giorno 29 settembre 2025.
La Società comunicherà tempestivamente al mercato eventuali variazioni alle date sopra indicate.

ENERGY TIME: CHANGE IN CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR
Campobasso, 2ndSeptember 2025 - Energy Time S.p.A. ("Energy Time" or the "Company"), active in the renewable energy sector as D-EPC-OM (Development, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operation & Maintenance), in particular in the photovoltaic segment and at the head of the homonymous group (the "Group"), announces that the meeting of the Board of Directors for the approval of the half-yearly financial report as of June 30, 2025, subject to limited audit, has been postponed to September 29, 2025.
The Company will promptly communicate to the market any changes to the dates indicated above.
