The aforementioned reports are also available on the Company website www.fieramilano.it in the Investors/Governance/Shareholders' meeting section, as well as on the authorized electronic storage system www.emarketstorage.com.The Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure pursuant to Article 123-bis of Italian Legislative Decree no. 58/98 and the Report on the remuneration policy and remuneration paid pursuant to Article 123-ter of Italian Legislative Decree no. 58/98 are also available with the same criteria.
