Si rende noto che la Relazione Finanziaria Annuale al 31 dicembre 2023, unitamente alle relazioni della Società di Revisione e del Collegio Sindacale, sono disponibili presso la sede legale e la sede operativa e amministrativa di Fiera Milano S.p.A. e sono, altresì, consultabili sul sito internet della Società www.fieramilano.it nella sezione Investitori/Governance/Assemblea degli Azionisti, nonché sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato www.emarketstorage.com.Con le stesse modalità sono, altresì, resi disponibili: la Dichiarazione consolidata di carattere non finanziario ex D.Lgs. n. 254/2016, la Relazione sul Governo Societario e gli Assetti Proprietari ex art. 123-bis del D.Lgs. 58/98 e la Relazione sulla Politica in materia di Remunerazione e sui compensi corrisposti ex art. 123-ter del D.Lgs. 58/98.

The aforementioned reports are also available on the Company website www.fieramilano.it in the Investors/Governance/Shareholders' meeting section, as well as on the authorized electronic storage system www.emarketstorage.com.The Consolidated Disclosure of Non-Financial Information pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree no. 254/2016, the Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure pursuant to Article 123-bis of Italian Legislative Decree no. 58/98 and the Report on the remuneration policy and remuneration paid pursuant to Article 123-ter of Italian Legislative Decree no. 58/98 are also available with the same criteria.
