Scioglimento di alcune previsioni parasociali relative ad Eurotech
Amaro (Udine), 17 gennaio 2025 - Si rende noto che in data odierna, Eurotech S.p.A. ha ricevuto notizia dello scioglimento di alcune previsioni parasociali ai sensi dell'art. 122, commi 1 e 5, del D.Lgs. 58/1998, relative inter alia ad azioni Eurotech.
Si allega al presente comunicato l'estratto relativo allo scioglimento delle suddette previsioni parasociali.

Termination of some clauses of the Shareholder's agreement concerning Eurotech
Amaro (Italy) - 17 January 2025 - Eurotech S.p.A. announces today receipt of the notice of termination of some clauses of the shareholders' agreement pursuant to Article 122, paragraphs 1 and 5, of the Legislative Decree no. 58/1998, concerning inter alia Eurotech's shares.
