The good performance of our shares, which in June recorded a daily weighted average price of over 13.3 euros, has allowed us to accelerate the exercise of the Gpi Warrants, bringing fresh resources to the Group's coffers: 22.3 million euros were raised.
The funds will be dedicated to finance the Gruop's ongoing growth process.
