Formalised today the sell of the 100% of Argentea S.r.l to a Zucchetti Hospitality S.r.l., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zucchetti S.p.A.
The consideration paid is approximately EUR 99 million, based on an equity value of approximately EUR 105 million. The capital gain generated from the sale of Argentea is approximately EUR 83 million.
The proceeds from the sale will be used to increase the Group's financial strength and its strategy of developing software solutions for the digital transformation and sustainability of healthcare systems.
