Milano del nuovo Statuto sociale
Milano, 20 giugno 2023 - si rende noto che nella giornata di oggi, 20 giugno 2023, è intervenuta l'iscrizione presso il Registro delle Imprese di Milano dello Statuto sociale aggiornato relativamente all'Articolo 37 (Distribuzione degli utili). Ne consegue che, con efficacia dall'iscrizione nel Registro delle Imprese di Milano, ossia dal 20 giugno 2023, la modifica all'Articolo 37 dello Statuto sociale è efficace. Il testo dello Statuto sociale così aggiornato è stato già messo a disposizione del pubblico in data 19 giugno 2023 presso la sede legale, Viale Sarca n. 223 - Milano, sul sito internet della Società all'indirizzo www.gruppo24ore.ilsole24ore.comsezione "Governance-Statuto", nonché presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "1INFO" consultabile all'indirizzo www.1info.it.

Register of the new By-Laws
Milan, June 20, 2023 - we inform you that today, June 20, 2023, the updated version of the Company's By-Laws in relation to Article 37 (Distribution of profits) has been registered with the Milan's Company Register. As a consequence, with effect from the registration with the Milan's Company Register, i.e. from June 20, 2023, the amendment to Article 37 of the Company's ByLaws is effective. The text of the By-Laws accordingly updated was already made available to the public on June 19, 2023 at the registered office, Viale Sarca n. 223 - Milan, on the Company's website at www.gruppo24ore.ilsole24ore.comin the "Governance-Statute" section, as well as on the authorized storage mechanism "1INFO" which can be consulted at www.1info.it.
