ERRATA CORRIGE AVVISO DI CONVOCAZIONE

ASSEMBLEA ORDINARIA E STRAORDINARIA DEL 30/04/2020

Sant'Ilario D'Enza, 20 aprile 2020 - A pagina 3, nella sezione "DIRITTO DI INTEGRARE L'ORDINE DEL GIORNO O PRESENTARE PROPOSTE DI DELIBERA" è stata eliminata la frase "(fermo restando, a tale ultimo riguardo, che colui al quale spetta il diritto di voto può comunque presentare individualmente proposte di deliberazione in Assemblea)", in quanto non più valida alla luce delle nuove modalità di partecipazione comunicate il 16 aprile.

L'avviso di convocazione integrato con la presente correzione è disponibile nel sito internet www.interpumpgroup.it(sezione Governance - Documentazione Assembleare) e depositato presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato eMarketStorage (www.emarketstorage.it).

ERRATUM TO THE NOTICE OF ORDINARY AND EXTRAORDINARY

SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF 30/04/2020

Sant'Ilario D'Enza, 20 April 2020 - On page 3, under "RIGHT TO MAKE ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA OR SUBMIT RESOLUTION PROPOSALS", the sentence "(without prejudice, in this latter case, to the fact that parties with voting rights can anyway individually submit resolution proposals in the Meeting)" has been removed, as it was not compatible with the new participation methods announced on 16 April.

The notice of shareholders' meeting, amended with this erratum, is available on the Company's website at www.interpumpgroup.it(under Governance - Shareholders' Meetings) and has been stored on the authorized storage mechanism eMarketStorage (www.emarketstorage.it).
