IVS Group informa che, attraverso la sua controllata al 100% D.A.V. S.L. (IVS Iberica), ha raggiunto un accordo con Jofermar Coporation per l'acquisizione del suo vending business, Sentil.
Sentil, fondata nel 1999, è una delle principali aziende spagnole nel settore del vending, ed è attiva nelle regioni della Navarra, Alicante, Cantabria, Cataluña, Madrid, Sevilla, Valencia y Zaragoza.
Questa operazione è in linea con la strategia di IVS Group di completare e sviluppare la sua presenza sui mercati europei in cui il gruppo è già attivo.
IVS Group S.A. è il leader italiano e secondo operatore in Europa nella gestione di distributori automatici e semiautomatici per la somministrazione di bevande calde, fredde e snack (vending). L'attività core del vending si svolge principalmente in Italia (81% circa del fatturato), in Francia, Germania, Polonia, Portogallo, Spagna e Svizzera, con circa 280.100 distributori automatici e semiautomatici; il gruppo ha una rete di 125 filiali e circa 4.300 collaboratori. IVS Group informs that, through its fully controlled subsidiary D.A.V. S.L. (IVS Iberica), has reached an agreement with Jofermar Corporation to acquire its vending business, Sentil.
Sentil, founded in 1999, is one of the leading companies in the vending business in Spain, active in Navarra, Alicante, Cantabria, Cataluña, Madrid, Sevilla, Valencia y Zaragoza regions.
This transaction is consistent with IVS Group strategy to complete and develop its presence in the European markets where the group already operates.
IVS Group S.A. is the Italian leader and the second player in Europe in the business of automatic and semi-automatic vending machines
for the supply of hot and cold drinks and snacks (vending). The vending business is mainly carried out in Italy (around 81% of total sales),
France, Germany, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Switzerland, with around 280,100 vending machines, a network of 125 branches and
around 4,300 employees. IVS Group served more than 15,000 corporate clients and public entities, with more than 990 million vends in 2023.
