IVS Group S.A. informa che a seguito dell'assemblea del 7 giugno 2024, che ha deliberato la nomina degli amministratori, il consiglio di amministrazione ha provveduto ad assegnare al suo interno le cariche di presidente a Paolo Covre, di vice presidente a Paolo Caporali e Vito Gamberale, di Co-CEO ad Antonio Tartaro e Massimo Paravisi. Il consiglio ha inoltre accertato l'esistenza dei requisiti di indipendenza per Luigi De Puppi, Elisabetta Dall'Olio e Fabrizio Donegà, nominando i suddetti amministratori indipendenti membri del Comitato Nomine e Remunerazione e del Comitato per il Controllo Interno. Luigi De Puppi è stato nominato presidente dei i suddetti comitati.

IVS Group S.A. - Directors' positions, Independent Directors and internal Committees
IVS Group informs that following the AGM of June 7th, 2024, resolving the directors' appointment, the Board of Directors assigned the role of chairman to Paolo Covre, of deputy chariman to Paolo Caporali and Vito Gamberale, and Co-CEO to Antonio Tartaro and Massimo Paravisi. The Board also ascertained the existence of the independence requirements for Luigi De Puppi, Elisabetta Dall'Olio and Fabrizio Donegà and appointed these directors as members of the Appointment and Remuneration Committee and of the Internal Control Committee. Luigi De Puppi was appointed chairman of the above-mentioned committees.
