IVS Group S.A. - Variazioni partecipazioni rilevanti
IVS Group informa che a seguito della conclusione dell'OPA-Offerta Pubblica totalitaria lanciata da Grey S.a.r.l., nonché per effetto del conferimento alla stessa Grey S.a.r.l. di tutte le azioni di IVS Group S.A. detenute dall'azionista di controllo IVS Partecipazioni S.p.A., Grey S.a.r.l. detiene attualmente il 99,58% del capitale di IVS Group S.A.; tale percentuale è prevista salire al 100% al termine della procedura di squeeze-out.
Il capitale di Grey S.a.r.l. è a sua volta detenuto per il 51% da IVS Partecipazioni S.p.A. e per il 49% dal gruppo Finlav S.p.A.
IVS Group S.A. è il leader italiano e secondo operatore in Europa nella gestione di distributori automatici e semiautomatici per la somministrazione di bevande calde, fredde e snack (vending). L'attività core del vending si svolge principalmente in Italia (81% circa del fatturato), in Francia, Germania, Polonia, Portogallo, Spagna e Svizzera, con circa 280.100 distributori automatici e semiautomatici; il gruppo ha una rete di 125 filiali e circa 4.300 collaboratori. IVS Group serve più di 15.000 aziende ed enti, con oltre 990 milioni di erogazioni nel 2023.

IVS Group S.A. - Changes in major holdings
IVS Group informs at the closing of the OPA (totalitarian tender Offer) launched by Grey S.a.r.l., and following the contribution to Grey S.a.r.l. of all IVS Group shares owned by the controlling shareholder,, IVS Partecipazioni S.p.A., Grey S.a.r.l. currently owns 99,58% of IVS Group S.A. share capital; such a percentage is expected to reach 100% at the end of the squeeze-out procedure.
In turn, Grey S.a.r.l. capital is owned 51% by IVS Partecipazioni S.p.A. and 49% by Finlav S.p.A. group.
IVS Group S.A. is the Italian leader and the second player in Europe in the business of automatic and semi-automatic vending machines for the supply of hot and cold drinks and snacks (vending). The vending business is mainly carried out in Italy (around 81% of total sales), France, Germany, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Switzerland, with around 280,100 vending machines, a network of 125 branches and around 4,300 employees.
