(EGM:LDB), Gruppo che offre servizi nei settori MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations), HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) ed Economia Circolare, comunica che in data 6 maggio 2025 alle ore 16.30 si terrà un evento online dedicato alla comunità finanziaria, presieduto dal management della Società nelle persone di Michele Corradi - CEO e co-foundere di Andrea Allegrini - Business Development Director e Consigliere.
L'evento vedrà la Società a disposizione degli investitori per rispondere a domande sull'andamento del Gruppo, sugli sviluppi del business e sui ricavi consolidati del primo trimestre che verranno approvati dal Consiglio di Amministrazione in data 30 aprile 2025.
L'evento, fortemente voluto dalla Società, nasce con l'obiettivo di aprire un canale diretto di dialogo con gli investitori, affiancando i tradizionali incontri istituzionali. L'incontro è rivolto a investitori privati, professionali ed istituzionali e sarà incentrato sull'interazione: non verranno presentati documenti, ma si darà ampio spazio alle domande dei partecipanti ed al confronto diretto con il management della Società.

Pescarolo ed Uniti (CR), April 23, 2025 - Lindbergh S.p.A. (EGM: LDB), a Group providing services in the MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations), HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), and Circular Economy sectors, announces that on May 6, 2025, at 4:30 PM CEST, an online event dedicated to the financial community will be held, hosted by the Company's management team: Michele Corradi - CEO and Co-founder - and Andrea Allegrini - Business Development Director and Board Member.
The event will provide an opportunity for investors to ask questions regarding the Group's performance, business developments, and consolidated Q1 revenues, which will be approved by the Board of Directors on April 30, 2025.
Strongly promoted by the Company, the event aims to open a direct channel of communication with investors, complementing traditional institutional meetings. The online meeting is open to private, professional, and institutional investors, and will focus on interaction: no documents will be presented or distributed, but there will be an extensive Q&A session and direct engagement with the Company's management.
