Uboldo, 9 April 2025 - In anticipation of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of LU-VE S.p.A. (the "Company") convened for 18 April 2025, in a single call, the total amount of voting rights that can be exercised is hereby announced, with an indication of the number of shares that make up the Company's capital, as of 9 April 2025 (so-called "record date" pursuant to Article 83-sexies, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 58/1998).
