Uboldo, 20 June 2025 - In anticipation of the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of LU-VE S.p.A. (the "Company") convened for 1 July 2025, in a single call, the total amount of voting rights that can be exercised is hereby announced, with an indication of the number of shares that make up the Company's capital, as of 20 June 2025 (so-called "record date" pursuant to Article 83-sexies, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 58/1998).
