Notice is hereby given that Mediobanca, as part of the share buyback programme launched on 12 November 2024, approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on
28 October 2024, and authorized by the European Central Bank on 7 October 2024, has today acquired 200,000 shares on Euronext Milan, at an average price of €15.03, for a total outlay of €3,006,620.
