DEL REGOLAMENTO EMITTENTI

Moltiply Group S.p.A. rende nota la nuova composizione del capitale sociale e dei diritti di voto alla data del 10 aprile 2025, a seguito dell'annullamento della maggiorazione di voto per n. 20.000 azioni ordinarie detenute da un socio titolare di una partecipazione non rilevante.

Inoltre, si comunica che, in previsione dell'Assemblea ordinaria degli Azionisti convocata, in unica convocazione, il 23 aprile 2025, l'ammontare complessivo dei diritti di voto, con indicazione del numero di azioni che compongono il capitale, alla data di cui all'art. 83-sexies, comma 2 del D.Lgs. 58/98 (c.d. "record date")

Moltiply Group S.p.A. announces the new share capital and total amount of voting rights of the company as of April 10, 2025, following the cancelation of the increase in voting rights relating to no. 20,000 ordinary shares held by a shareholder who owns a not relevant participation.
