OSAI FORNISCE UN SISTEMA FULL AUTOMATIC PER L'ATTUAZIONE ELETTRONICA DELL' APERTURA DELLE PORTIERE DI AUTOVETTURE BEV (BATTERY ELECTRIC VEHICLE)

Torino (TO), 12 novembre 2024 - OSAI Automation System S.p.A. S.B. (Ticker OSA), società attiva nella progettazione e produzione di macchine e linee complete per l'automazione e il testing su semiconduttori, comunica di aver acquisito un ordine pari a 6,6 milioni di euro da un importante gruppo multinazionale operante nel settore dell'elettroattuazione dei sistemi di apertura di portiere e portelloni di veicoli.

Osai svilupperà con il proprio cliente una soluzione totalmente automatica di assemblaggio e test funzionale di un prodotto, ad oggi, unico sul mercato, supportandolo nelle fasi dell'engineering e del design.

L'elevata complessità della linea prevede l'utilizzo di robots in cooperazione simultanea per l'assemblaggio della componentistica integrando tecnologie differenti, come l'erogazione di colle, processi di polimerizzazioni, avvitature di componentistica, pressatura e sistemi di visione per le verifica delle conformità degli accoppiamenti.

"Si tratta di un sistema di apertura molto più complesso rispetto alle soluzioni attualmente presenti sul mercato, perché la parte elettronica va a sostituirsi a quella meccanica dei sistemi tradizionali. Non sono previste parti in movimento nell'operazione di apertura - commenta Marco Carniato, Chief Commercial Officer - questo aspetto innovativo contribuirà a rendere l'esperienza di accesso al veicolo del tutto nuova per il guidatore".

OSAI PROVIDES A FULL AUTOMATIC SYSTEM FOR THE ELECTRONIC ACTUATION OF

CAR DOOR OPENINGS BEV (BATTERY ELECTRIC VEHICLE)

Turin, November 12th, 2024 -Osai Automation System S.p.A. Benefit Company (Ticker: OSA), a company that operates in the field of design and production of machines and complete lines for automation and testing on semiconductors, announces that it has acquired an order for €6.6 million from a major multinational group operating in the field of electroactuation of vehicle door and tailgate opening systems.

Osai will develop with its customer a fully automatic solution for the assembly and functional testing of a product, to date, unique on the market, supporting him in the engineering and design phases.

The high complexity of the line involves the use of robots in simultaneous cooperation for the assembly of components by integrating different technologies, such as glue dispensing, polymerization processes, tightening of components, pressing and vision systems for verifying the conformity of the couplings.

"It is a much more complex opening system than the solutions currently on the market, because the electronic part replaces the mechanical one of the traditional systems. There are no moving parts in the opening operation - comments Marco Carniato, Chief Commercial Officer - this innovative aspect will help make the experience of accessing the vehicle completely new for the driver".
