DELLA CASSA INTEGRAZIONE STRAORDINARIA

Torino (TO), 2 dicembre 2024 - OSAI Automation System S.p.A. S.B. (Ticker OSA), società attiva nella progettazione e produzione di macchine e linee complete per l'automazione e il testing su semiconduttori, rende noto che in data odierna si è provveduto ad avviare la richiesta di autorizzazione per il ricorso allo strumento della Cassa Integrazione Straordinaria (CIGS) per la causale di crisi aziendale, al fine di tutelare il reddito dei lavoratori e affrontare ricadute di particolare rilevanza sociale sul territorio. La società comunicherà maggiori dettagli nel corso della procedura autorizzativa.

PRESENTATION OF THE DEMAND FOR EXTRAORDINARY REDUNDANCY FUND

Turin, December 2nd, 2024 - Osai Automation System S.p.A. Benefit Company (Ticker: OSA), a company that operates in the field of design and production of machines and complete lines for automation and testing on semiconductors, announces that today it has started the request for the authorisation to use the Extraordinary Redundancy Fund instrument, in order to manage the current corporate crisis, to protect workers' income and address social impacts on the territory.
