Venezia - Mestre, 9 maggio 2025 - OVS S.p.A. rende noto che la Relazione Finanziaria Annuale al 31 gennaio 2025 relativa all'esercizio 2024 (comprensiva del progetto di Bilancio d'esercizio e del Bilancio consolidato, della Relazione degli Amministratori sulla gestione, delle Relazioni del Collegio Sindacale e della Società di Revisione, delle attestazioni di cui all'art. 154-bis, commi 5 e 5 ter del D.Lgs. 58/1998, unitamente alla Rendicontazione consolidata di sostenibilità ex D.Lgs n.125/2024) nonché la Relazione sul Governo Societario e gli Assetti Proprietari relativa all'esercizio 2024 e la Relazione sulla politica in materia di remunerazione e sui compensi corrisposti sono a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede sociale in Venezia-Mestre, Via Terraglio n. 17, sul sito internet della Società (https://www.ovscorporate.it, Sezione Governance/Assemblea degli Azionisti) nonché presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "1Info" al sito https://www.1info.it.
La documentazione di cui all'art. 77, comma 2-bis, del Regolamento Emittenti Consob n. 11971/1999, sarà messa a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede legale della Società nei termini di legge.

Publication of the Annual Financial Report as at 31 January 2025 and of further documentation
Venice - Mestre, 9 May 2025 - OVS S.p.A. announces that the Annual Financial Report as at 31 January 2025 relating to the FY 2024 (including the draft Separate Financial Statements and the Consolidated Financial Statements, the Annual Management Report, the Reports of the Board of Statutory Auditors and of External Auditors, the certifications pursuant to art. 154-bis, paragraphs 5 and 5-ter of Legislative Decree 58/1998, together with the Consolidated Sustainability Report pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 125/2024) as well as the Report on Corporate Governance and Shareholding Structure relating to the FY 2024 and the Report on the policy on remuneration and compensation paid, are available to the public at the registered office in Venice-Mestre, Via Terraglio n. 17, on the Company's website (https://www.ovscorporate.it, Governance/Shareholders' Meeting Section) as well as at the mechanism for the central storage of regulated information "1Info" at https://www.1info.it.
The documents provided for by article 77, paragraph 2-bis, of the Consob Regulation on Issuers no. 11971/1999, will be made available at the Company's registered office within the prescribed term.
