PUBBLICAZIONE DEL VERBALE DELL'ASSEMBLEA DEL 30 MAGGIO 2025 E DEL NUOVO STATUTO SOCIALE

OVS S.p.A. rende noto che il verbale dell'Assemblea Ordinaria e Straordinaria degli Azionisti tenutasi il 30 maggio 2025 in unica convocazione e il nuovo Statuto Sociale approvato sono stati messi a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede legale della Società in Venezia-Mestre, Via Terraglio n.17, sul sito internet della Società (https://www.ovscorporate.it, Sezione "Governance/Assemblea degli Azionisti"), nonché presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "1Info" al sito https://www.1info.it.

OVS S.p.A. announces that the minutes of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on 30 May 2025 in single call, and the new Bylaw approved has been made available to the public at the Company's registered offices in Venezia-Mestre, at Via Terraglio no. 17, and at the Company's website (https://www.ovscorporate.it, Section Governance/Shareholders' Meeting), as well as at the mechanism for the central storage of regulated information "1Info" at https://www.1info.it.
