(MTA; Ticker PHN), rende noto che, con riferimento all'Assemblea degli Azionisti convocata per il 16 aprile 2025 in unica convocazione, la Relazione Finanziaria Annuale al 31 dicembre 2024 (comprensiva del progetto di Bilancio e del Bilancio Consolidato al 31 dicembre 2024, della Relazione sulla Gestione e delle necessarie certificazioni) unitamente alle Relazioni della Società di Revisione e alla Relazione del Collegio Sindacale, la Relazione sul Governo Societario e gli Assetti Proprietari e la Relazione sulla politica in materia di remunerazione e sui compensi corrisposti, dalla data odierna, sono a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede sociale, sul sito internet della società (sezione Governance/Assemblea degli Azionisti) nonché presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket Storage".

FILING OF DOCUMENTS FOR THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING
Pisa, March 25th 2025 - PharmaNutra S.p.A. (MTA; Ticker PHN) announces that, with reference to the Shareholders' Meeting convened for 16 April 2025 in single call, the Annual Financial Report as at 31
December 2024 (including the draft Financial Statements and the Consolidated Budget as at 31 December 2024, the Report on Operations and the required certifications) together with the Reports of the Independent Auditors and the Report of the Board of Statutory Auditors, the Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure and the Report on the Remuneration Policy and the remuneration paid, from today, are available to the public at the registered office, on the company's website (Governance/Shareholders' Meeting section) as well as on the authorised storage mechanism "eMarket Storage".
