INFORMATIVA SETTIMANALE SUL PROGRAMMA DI
ACQUISTO DI AZIONI
PROPRIE DELLA PIQUADRO S.P.A.
Silla di Gaggio Montano (BO), 29 marzo 2021 -In relazione al programma di acquisto di azioni proprie, Piquadro S.p.A. rende noto di aver acquistato nel periodo compreso tra il 22 marzo e il 26 marzo 2021 n. 58.298 azioni proprie per un controvalore complessivo di Euro 113.674,94, nell'ambito dell'autorizzazione deliberata dall'Assemblea degli azionisti in data 10 settembre 2020, già oggetto di informativa ai sensi dell'art. 144-bis del Regolamento Consob n. 11971/1999.

Il Gruppo Piquadro opera nel settore degli accessori in pelle attraverso i marchi Piquadro, The Bridge e Lancel. La rete distributiva si estende su oltre 50 paesi nel mondo e su 177 punti vendita che includono 85 boutique a insegna Piquadro (55 in Italia e 30 all'estero di cui 47 DOS-directly operated stores e 38 in franchising),
12 boutique a insegna The Bridge (12 in Italia e di cui 10 DOS-directly operated stores e 2 in franchising) e 80 boutique a insegna Lancel (61 in Francia e 19 all'estero di cui 72 DOS-directly operated stores e 8 in franchising).Il fatturato consolidato del Gruppo, relativo all'esercizio 2019/2020 chiuso al 31 marzo 2020, è pari a 152,2 milioni di Euro.
Dall'ottobre 2007 Piquadro S.p.A. è quotata alla Borsa Italiana.
